Committed to your well-being
I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015, when I graduated from the 2200-hour program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Early in my career, I gained valuable experience volunteering with organizations like the Vancouver Whitecaps and the Vancouver Friends for Life Society. I also participated in outreach programs for individuals with conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and Cerebral Palsy.

I have extensive experience addressing a wide range of healthcare concerns. Whether you’re dealing with common discomforts from office work, athletic injuries, or more complex recovery needs, I’m here to help.

With a strong mechanical background, I approach patient care with a deep understanding of the body and how injuries occur. I use a variety of effective techniques to support your recovery, including stretching, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and general Swedish massage. I also emphasize therapeutic exercise, as I believe it plays a vital role in preventing future injuries.
I’m currently accepting new patients and am eager to assist you in your recovery and in reaching your healthcare goals.
